All items if not upto the mark as listed on our web site can be returned to the same delivery man after checking on the spot in front of the delivery man in the same packaging without making any payment.
Once the customer accept the delivered item and cash on delivery payment is made to the delivery man, there will be no returns unless the quantity of the delivered items is huge and can’t be checked on the spot in front of the delivery man.
If the order is huge and the customer has made payment through bank/easy paisa or credit/debit card and is not satisfied with the delivered items, the refund shall be made to the customers within 03 working days after receipt of the returned items by the company.
